Toxic manager, employees are not treated equal, overtime without extra pay while others leave early without having to to take PTO or loose wages. Low salary, manager will make up untruth statements to get ahead. No straight rules or guidelines. I was fired for needing to be out for surgery for cancer over email and many untruth statements were made. It caused me financial and mental strain. I loved it and miss my coworkers,but I was treated very unfairly.

Leadership is poor, not skilled in growing company they just know how to acquire companies, not transparent and unfortunately has become more focused on the bottom line than the patients they serve.
