Very good entreprise in Europe.

No will to expand in Canada. No vision. Poor organisation. Poor management. Micromanagement toxic.

The office is in a cool building and they pay for some of your travel

The projects are extremely lacking in vision or substance, working late (which often happens) feels completely pointless when the projects are so dull. They will tell you you’re doing great one minute and then completely admonish you the next. You don’t even get anything good for your portfolio out of it and doesn’t look impressive on a cv either.
