      Small company growing too fast

      Pros

      Flexible working options (home-office). Good ambience between colleagues (generally young people).

      Cons

      Big projects despite the missing knowledge of many disciplines. Organization still on going, not a very structured company, which translates normally in not very well organized projects.

      Unimaginative Uninspired Projects

      Pros

      The office is in a cool building and they pay for some of your travel

      Cons

      The projects are extremely lacking in vision or substance, working late (which often happens) feels completely pointless when the projects are so dull. They will tell you you’re doing great one minute and then completely admonish you the next. You don’t even get anything good for your portfolio out of it and doesn’t look impressive on a cv either.
