The office is in a cool building and they pay for some of your travel

The projects are extremely lacking in vision or substance, working late (which often happens) feels completely pointless when the projects are so dull. They will tell you you’re doing great one minute and then completely admonish you the next. You don’t even get anything good for your portfolio out of it and doesn’t look impressive on a cv either.

- The work environment was generally positive and collaborative - My contributions were recognised and appreciated by many colleagues - Diverse and interesting work assignments

- Unfortunately, I experienced personal harassment - Despite reporting the issue, my direct supervisor did not take adequate steps to address or resolve the situation - This significantly impacted my overall experience and sense of well-being at the company - I enjoyed working with my colleagues and found the work interesting. If it weren’t for the harassment issue, I would have stayed with the company longer
