The non-compete agreement is really more of a non-solicit to protect former employees from engaging with PFP customers and to protect the investment the company makes in training people for our industry. The company spends years and a large amount of capital training and helping the team members gain industry certifications required to perform the services we offer. The non-compete only restricts employees from working in the same field within a 75 mile radius of our working area. In no way does the leadership team intend to limit anyone's ability to work to support themselves or their family.
