You get a paycheck (barely) but it is not worth the nonsense in the end.
Cons
Company over works employees.
Said they standardize pay yet still the lowest paid in the industry.
Training is non-existent.
Leadership wondered into the positions they’re in. With the exception of two individuals.
The so called “bonus” is terrible.
They over schedule, overwork, and under pay their employees it is that simple.
The incompetence is astounding
Higher than average pay for all employees including a bonus program that is based off personal performance and company performance.. Encouraging all employees to gain more skills and supports them in those endeavors.
Cons
Normal growing pains and with that growth comes the need for what seems like constant change.
