The head office is a completely toxic work place. They say they are a family company, but they just want to suck the life out of you. It's male dominated in the office and usually only men get the promotions, everyone calls it old boys club. The woman that do have any power are complete wastes because they try to pose themselves to be like men rather than paving a new path forward. To be successful in the building, you gotta know how to play the political game and keep your head down. Don't ask any questions or challenge the status quo.
