Pros

The tag of working for one of the big corporate company in Canada

Cons

The workplace is very toxic. Men in this company apparently think they have the right to harass women. From making comments about body to constantly asking about personal life and relationship, spreading false rumors, making women feel low and undermined and inappropriately touching and speaking. Sadly, the leaders in the company (both the genders) do it too. So, it is not an ideal place to work. The management is very poor. One have to be a major suck up to be at a stable desk job in this company. The management needs up to date information on each and every employees private life and even if their employee is dying - they will still look for their advantage and benefits and make sure the employee the brunt and gives hard time to all their employees. They pay the all time lowest and act all mighty. Literally cheapest management. A glorified Blue collar treatment is all they give. Pathetic

Pros

99% are Great people, Nice, knowledgeable and hard-working. Easy to get along with. Managers are generally nice to their staff but are way overworked.

Cons

Office politics. Mid- mgmnt are constantly stabbing each other in the back to move up. Some absolute dead wood continue to exist because of their ability to suck up to their managers. Feedback from A Great Place To Work survey is completely ignored. They just care about marketing the logo.
