      If you are manager you will get money .engineer gets very less

      Cons

      Awards are given only to stupids here.Promotion too. will be forced to work 12 hours minimum. all positive review are written by managers themselves. Will be fired anytime.

      Pros

      Upper Management is honest and transparent which I appreciate. Great team to work with off-shore, very talented and hard working.

      Cons

      Because I was on-site, missed all the community events at HQ. Communication channels that are used need to be of better quality.
