If you are from Andra , this is ur heaven . You can meet your long lost relatives from Andra.
Cons
1) Priority given mostly to people from Andra, open politics . Joined as fresher I saw Managers giving priority openly to Andra folks. 2)Freshers are exploited Put us on a project that was in already in bad shape , made us work on almost every weekends for a year. Aslam used to give big lectures to make us work on weekends , told us how hard working he was when he was a fresher and he worked on the days even when his father died. We knew he is "B.S"ing us to make us work on weekends. 3) Use and throw Once our work was over for that project , put the Andra folks from our team into other projects & us non Andra folks into a support team and eventually laid us(non-Andra folks) out of company. 4) Even after working on so many weekends , there was no appreciation . 5) Managers are horrible , cant even talk in proper english. P.S Please dont go by the other good reviews here , those are coming from Andra folks and from the people who were requested by managers to put in some good comments on glassdoor.
