      Will spend money on company parties and events that look good

      Cons

      If your part of the 'in' crowd then the sky's the limit with salary rises, bonus' , extra holiday, promotions. If your face doesn't fit and your not prepared to play the game and suck up to managers then you wont be receiving a pay rise anytime soon.

      Management is lacking experience and knowledge. It used to be an enjoyable place to work, but this environment has changed recently.
