Pros

I have never felt like just a number and feel that my voice is always heard. There are vast opportunities for self improvement and vertical growth between departments. The culture is among some of the best I have seen and there is intention behind the growth of true community and relationships between people, teams, and departments.

Cons

It is a fast growing/scaling tech company which can make for some very challenging obstacles. We have the tools, leadership, and mindset to work through these challenges, but if you are not up for that kind of challenging environment it might not be the place for you.

Pros

None what so ever this place sucks!

Cons

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about PayTrace. My experience working there was deeply disappointing, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. After working hard and dedicating myself to the job, I was let go shortly after informing them that I was expecting a baby. Yes — I told them I was pregnant, and not long after, I was out. It was shocking, hurtful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of support, I was met with silence and then a termination. If you're someone who values fairness, family, or basic decency in the workplace, do NOT apply to PayTrace. This company clearly doesn’t support its employees through major life events — especially women. Their internal culture is not what they advertise. The "values" they talk about seem to only apply when it's convenient for them. The way they treated me left me feeling disposable and disrespected. To anyone considering applying here: don’t. You deserve a workplace that supports you — not one that punishes you for having a life outside of work.
