      The pay was ok for a startup.

      Cons

      ALWAYS working overtime. Management always changing assignments. Company finances always seemed to be an issue, future looking shaky. No Sick Days. Weak product.

      Early stage start up for someone who’s eager to work hard

      Cons

      Compensation is below market / workload is impossible to manage / too many systems and 7 sources of truth / not into fixing bugs, they would rather build products that kinda work for any company willing to sign up.
