Pros
Pay is somewhat competitive but you can get better elsewhere.
Cons
1. The technical architecture at this company is a labyrinthine mess. Something as basic as a local environment doesn't exist. But hey lets introduce 2 different databases for no reason. Lets also use every framework and tool possible, we can't even do a deployment without downtime but thats ok. Everyone can just work late to do them. 2. Lack of trust from management, they love to micromanage. 3. Resources of a startup, but the red tape and bureaucracy of a large company. The worst of both worlds all in one place! 4. No work life balance. Stay away unless you're about to be homeless.
