Unless you don’t have any other job offer then only consider this place.
The people’s team is nice and friendly but, the newly appointed leadership team only cares about the numbers.
They used to have multiple products and it came across as a company which had a solid growth plan. Now, only one product is left and the shareholders just want milk as much money as they can out of it.
It doesn’t matter if you were with the company since beginning and have seen and supported the company go through all the up and downs.
They will fire anyone who they think doesn’t help with the profit margins.
My advise will be don’t bother joining them and if you do have to join them, make sure you have 3-4 month savings already.
