Pros

Good benefits and well stocked kitchen. Friendly HR and people.

Cons

Unless you don’t have any other job offer then only consider this place. The people’s team is nice and friendly but, the newly appointed leadership team only cares about the numbers. They used to have multiple products and it came across as a company which had a solid growth plan. Now, only one product is left and the shareholders just want milk as much money as they can out of it. It doesn’t matter if you were with the company since beginning and have seen and supported the company go through all the up and downs. They will fire anyone who they think doesn’t help with the profit margins. My advise will be don’t bother joining them and if you do have to join them, make sure you have 3-4 month savings already.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we appreciate and value all feedback and we’re happy to hear you valued our benefits and the HR team while working with us. It is true as a company we have been through a period of change recently and we’re sorry you have not had a good experience of that.

Pros

- Culture before new management - Good team to work with - Had a good vision for different products before new management

Cons

I can list loads of cons which made me move on, - Confidential Discussions aren't confidential anymore, they use them as winning argument for not paying you the money you earned as a bonus in the past year - They use your passion to build their ideas without paying you much as you deserve - Everybody knows/feels there is something weird in company culture but no one wants to take a hit at management - Salary Inequality - management isn't easily approachable - Crazy long working hours - people get promoted with more responsibility without raise in salary

Pros

Used to have amazing people.

Cons

1.) Upper Management had no clue what they are doing, nor do they have a vision of being able to take the company to the next level. 2.) They treat people like disposable tools. 3.) No career progression plan 4.) All staff were consistently underpaid 5.) Upper management liked to pretend everything was okay and act like the ship wasn’t burning down until suddenly they disposed of half the company.
