There's a great product there, finally, starting to come out Much of the team are intelligent, empathetic, and fun to be around and work with The office is very good although we are rattling around in there Some good recent senior hires bringing real experience to the team AI is a very hot space right now
Cons
Still some hangover from the layoffs last year, either people who are stuck in the past, or are looking to a different future Worries that the recent product-centricity will be lost for custom work once push comes to shove in the sales process There are far too many ineffective people managers with little to no people management experience, very little performance management happens outside of Sales. Data Science team almost feels like its own business within a business
