Pros
I worked at Prospect for a full year prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and it was the best job I ever had with a fantastic manager. Pearl genuinely cares about employees and it feels like family. I had a great experience with my manager and felt that there was always open communication between us. She taught me so much during my time at Pearl, and feedback was always given in a kind, but honest way that was nothing short of professional.
Cons
I was sad to have lost my job due to the pandemic, but that is in no way a reflection of the company. So many business owners were faced with tough decisions last April. Pearl did reach out to bring me back, but I had found other employment unfortunately.
