I work with truly the best group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of calling coworkers. They are exceptionally brilliant and passionate about their jobs, the success of the company, and helping the environment. I am proud to support an organization that endeavors to make the planet a better place. The Pearl culture is fantastic! We may be spread all over the country, but thanks to video conference calls, I feel like I meet with them in-person every weekday. Pearl even keeps regular events on the calendar to give us the opportunity to bond and build camaraderie, without a business agenda. We also communicate on Slack about our shared interests. Pearl cares about its employees’ professional development by organizing “guilds,” each focused on a different area of expertise and designed to help us grow professionally and to hone our skills. The incredible benefits and time off are the icing on the cake!
