Joining the Pearl team was the best decision I have ever made. Like many of us, I have had some very unfortunate work experiences and was gun shy. Pearl is an amazing team of highly intelligent, and driven people who care deeply about company culture, inclusiveness, kindness, our customer relationships and the environment. Pearl is a very fast-paced, growing company so there is tremendous room for growth and they believe in creating good work/life balance. We have great benefits and this is only getting better with growth. If you love good people, learning, and the environment, this is the place for you.
Cons
We are a startup and much of what we do is trial and error, honestly it's unavoidable, so if you aren't flexible or are ego driven, this probably isn't the right fit for you.
