Management is the worst I’ve ever experienced, and I have years of work experience in many different fields in different states. The superintendent specifically has very explicit conversations with hourly employees which deters them from aspiring to be a supervisor because they don’t want to work directly under her. There’s more drama going on here than anywhere else I’ve been, and some of the supervisors and the superintendent are at the center of it. I literally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know!
