Great benefits, paid holidays, cost of living raises, christmas bonuses, 401k, health insurance, life insurance, dental, etc.

Cons

The lower level management staff is very unprofessional and will discriminate against you if you are not part of their "click", and am unaware if this is know by Senior Level Management or not.

Pros

True full-time with possible overtime. Also, there are plenty of illegal immigrants working here but they are extremely nice and hard working. They make my day better.

Cons

Management is the worst I’ve ever experienced, and I have years of work experience in many different fields in different states. The superintendent specifically has very explicit conversations with hourly employees which deters them from aspiring to be a supervisor because they don’t want to work directly under her. There’s more drama going on here than anywhere else I’ve been, and some of the supervisors and the superintendent are at the center of it. I literally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know!
