      The clients are the cutest in town, lots of resources, rich history, very involved in the community, awesome offices and sensory gyms

      Cons

      Horrid management, low pay, unclear expectations, make you feel guilty for taking sick time or PTO, terrible EMR system, crappy leadership teams

      A variety of programs (e.g. early intervention program, social skills group), a lot of gym spaces, and staff are very nice
