Pros
Employees are provided a lot of time off throughout the year getting a minimum of 4 plus 2 additional weeks throughout the year.
Cons
Incompetent senior staff and executive directors that do not support their staff. Promotions are not awarded to the most competent staff but to the favorites of the senior staff. Staff are expected to put in an average of 10-15 hours per week on top of their 40 hours at they are not compensated for. You will excel at PTN if you are willing to put your work before anything else!
