Pros

Since the top management changed at the end of 2025 the direction of the agency has greatly improved employee satisfaction. Very positive and supportive environment to work in. Can be challenging due to the nature of the work but very rewarding, too.

Cons

Can't be helped that this is a very small organization so advancement may not occur as quickly as some ambitious people would want.

They are deeply invested in the team and actively drive positive organizational change. Collaborative Culture: The work environment has transformed into a highly collaborative, inclusive, and supportive space where everyone’s voice feels valued. Continuous Learning: It is a true learning environment. There is a strong emphasis on professional development, growth, and learning from one another rather than punishing mistakes. Flexible Work Environment: I enjoy the autonomous work flow and the flexibility to work from home or the office. Competitive Pay for the industry. Flexible time off.

Cons

Benefits are a little expensive. But competitive pay balances that out.
