Pros

Good time off, nice people and interesting work around important issues of mental health and substance use

Cons

Pay was on the low end without much potential for raise, no flexibility with schedule - you had to take time off to go to a doctor's appointment rather than flex your time.

Pros

The new leadership is very focused on improving the employee and client experience. They are proactive and in the process of making meaningful change.

Cons

Staff turnover can make things challenging, though some of that is expected with the nature of the work. It does seem to be slowing. Benefits could be better.

Pros

Supportive Leadership: The change in management, specifically from the CEO and Director, has been a breath of fresh air. They are deeply invested in the team and actively drive positive organizational change. Collaborative Culture: The work environment has transformed into a highly collaborative, inclusive, and supportive space where everyone’s voice feels valued. Continuous Learning: It is a true learning environment. There is a strong emphasis on professional development, growth, and learning from one another rather than punishing mistakes. Flexible Work Environment: I enjoy the autonomous work flow and the flexibility to work from home or the office. Competitive Pay for the industry. Flexible time off.

Cons

Benefits are a little expensive. But competitive pay balances that out.
