Pros

Cute products. Growing brand that's sold at major retailers. You get samples and an amount to use for Pehr products annually. It's a small company so you can work on many projects outside of your role and learn.

Cons

Management is awful. Everything is extremely disorganized and done last minute so people work long hours and always feel stressed. You don't get much direction from the founders and then get blamed for not doing things right.

Pros

Summer Fridays Convenient Office Location

Cons

Bare minimum benefit. Two self-righteous co-founders pretend to be nice but are mean at heart. They made people cry in the office quite a lot and randomly picked one person to check her work and blame her out of nowhere. The office environment is toxic. SVP is a good friend of the two founders who has unlimited privileges in the office. Some fun facts about turnover rate: co-founders have a monthly habit of firing one person. Their way of solving problems is by getting rid of people they don't like. The record(?) was 2 people on the same day.
