Pros

The product offering has potential

Cons

I have never throughout my career worked for a company that has a more toxic work environment and culture. The current culture of this company is entirely built on fear and the inability to voice opinions that differ from the founders. There is absolutely zero direction and guidance from the top down and employees are left to fend for themselves. Top-level management consistently fail to recognize the personal well-being of their staff and have no desire to give employees the ability to think openly, make decisions and provide input. This company will have zero chance of sustained success with management's inability to value its staff.

Pros

Cute products. Growing brand that's sold at major retailers. You get samples and an amount to use for Pehr products annually. It's a small company so you can work on many projects outside of your role and learn.

Cons

Management is awful. Everything is extremely disorganized and done last minute so people work long hours and always feel stressed. You don't get much direction from the founders and then get blamed for not doing things right.

Pros

Office is easy to get to, coworkers were great.

Cons

The workload is too high and there were never enough staff. So much work and so many meetings that it would often be hard to take a proper lunch break. People would get fired and never replaced, with their workloads being shifted on to other people who already had too much on their plates. This all created a really stressful and toxic environment to be in.
