The company really is trying to create a new market and so there are very interesting challenges that come out of that. The push to production means you probably won't only work on things you are good at. You'll be asked to work on areas you may have no experience in. Great way to grow and expand your horizons.
Awesome team (vast majority of people are brilliant and fun) and it's great getting to climb into tractors and work on them.
Cons
I'm baffled by management's refusal to fire people. We have a few people who are either
1) refusing to work as a group and insist on doing their own thing even though it is a waste of time
or
2) extremely unproductive despite their best efforts.
