Pros

Clever, supportive co-workers. Serious commitment to safety, and to code quality via code review and testing. Plus riding around in tractor-trailers is fun.

Cons

Almost out of funding. Extremely unlikely to close C round given virus-related market meltdown.

* Nice people remaining though place hemorrhaging people

Cons

* Not well managed starting at the top. Management is too accepting of failure. * Certain groups/teams are not managed and run open ended doing and spending money as they wish while company burns cash. * No consequence to not meeting deliverable deadlines. * Bunch of poor performers who would fail elsewhere if employed.

1. You will get to know about truck industry and something about vehicle automation. 2. There are few smart guys from early days who are still around but they are also slowly leaving. 3. Small company environment with virtually no processes (comes across as cons at times).

Cons

1. People who are old timers in the company have no experience in shipping the product to market but have too much control. 2. Handful of people work hard and remaining people fly under the radar having good time. 2. Management has no experience in building this kind of product and on top of that, has terrible people management skills. Can’t retain good people. Right minded people are either in wait&watch situation hoping things will improve or looking out. 3. CEO is bit sensible but below him it’s a mess.
