1. People who are old timers in the company have no experience in shipping the product to market but have too much control.
2. Handful of people work hard and remaining people fly under the radar having good time.
2. Management has no experience in building this kind of product and on top of that, has terrible people management skills. Can’t retain good people. Right minded people are either in wait&watch situation hoping things will improve or looking out.
3. CEO is bit sensible but below him it’s a mess.
