Pros

Working at Penguin is an amazing experience. The team is young, hungry, and growing fast. Everyone cares about the clients, and the final product, above everything. The crew is always busy, hard working, and supportive. You'll never be left to feel abandoned, or without a lifeline!

Cons

If you aren't careful, you'll spend all your time working, as a growing company, there is always *something* that needs to be done. Everyone works very hard, and picks up where it's needed.

Pros

My time as Draftsperson at Penguin was a great experience. The high paced, demanding work was rewarding and it made me extremely proficient with AutoCad. During the countless site visits I learned much more construction knowledge than I anticipated. The office culture is ideal. The people are determined and driven to produce quality work. At the same there isn't a too serious atmosphere. People have fun and I felt comfortable being myself.
