Working at Penguin is an amazing experience. The team is young, hungry, and growing fast. Everyone cares about the clients, and the final product, above everything. The crew is always busy, hard working, and supportive. You'll never be left to feel abandoned, or without a lifeline!

I have been with Penguin Basements for a little short of a year now and I must say it is one of the most unique organizations I have ever been a part of. From the business model it thrives off of to the members of staff, I can confidently say that the experience overall is unprecedented. As an up and coming business there is so much room for growth and opportunity for any employee to go beyond the role they are hired for, new opportunities are presented daily and it’s amazing to work with a company that, while growing exponentially, can simultaneously facilitate personal and professional growth for its employees. Over the course of this year I have watched the business grow drastically however their overall objective/mission to its customers has remained the same. Working closely with the CEO has taught me a lot about the industry but more importantly it shed light on why this company has seen the success it has thus far. These days it’s impossible to speak directly to the owner or CEO of any operation however Guy is very old school, open to ideas and works closely with both staff as well as customers to ensure that the service provided is satisfactory for staff and customers alike.
