Pros

None. They took us to the aquarium once. That was the only time we got an off-site in the 4ish years I worked there. They brought us free food sometimes but it was fast food and not healthy. Sometimes they would bring us ice cream from McDonalds when it was 90+ degrees on the manufacturing floor in the summer when the A/C units didn't work right.

Cons

So many. It really hurt my career to work here. I have not found any positives. There is a lot of yelling and finger pointing from management to folks who may not even speak english well enough to understand what they did wrong. When problems arose management would default to "the boys club" and not actually see that the insane hours and working over several weekends and the HEAT on the manufacturing floor was causing anxiety and other mental health issues for most of the employees involved. The end of month and end of quarter "pushes" were the worse. Planning on any type of vacation, or dinner with family was near impossible if you worked on the manufacturing floor. Oh and "the boys club". They have a tendency to hire their friends who may or may not be qualified. But hey if you have a radio call sign you are qualified to work here! Doesn't matter if you have never used Linux before.

Pros

Good Work-Life Balance Flexible when it comes to time-off Exciting field Dynamic work environment Team members are great to work with

Cons

Compensation is below average and needs to be seriously rethought. Opportunity for career growth or increased responsibility is non-existent. Upper management is a revolving door Too much middle management. Lack of focus on putting out quality and profitable goods and services.
