      Internationally known Potential to grow

      Cons

      Micro Management to the core. Very bad benefits. Who in this century gives only 8 days of annual leave, for the first two years of their work life? Any leave taken during probation is unpaid leave and the manager expects everyone to work after hours, even if your work is done. System is old school and barely automated and poor salary scheme

      Pros

      The company is the world leader in its industry for sure. Top management is extremely knowledgeable about industry tends and and good at innovating.

      Cons

      No real cons there as the company trusts its employees to do the job and does provide the trading and means to do so
