Pros
There is a lot of false hope at the start, which is nice. Location is central, which allows you to catch public transport. It is great opportunity to get a range of experience, because you are expected to do the role of three people.
Cons
Underqualified leaders. Underpaid, and undervalued. A culture that promotes flexibility, but only allows it on their terms. A lot of fake or misleading promises. Markets that they promote on merit, but only promote on favouritism. Underqualified management teams, who will take your ideas. Hires ALOT of Under grads, and graduates and over works them.
