      A company that promotes Core Values, but doesn't live them

      Pros

      There is a lot of false hope at the start, which is nice. Location is central, which allows you to catch public transport. It is great opportunity to get a range of experience, because you are expected to do the role of three people.

      Cons

      Underqualified leaders. Underpaid, and undervalued. A culture that promotes flexibility, but only allows it on their terms. A lot of fake or misleading promises. Markets that they promote on merit, but only promote on favouritism. Underqualified management teams, who will take your ideas. Hires ALOT of Under grads, and graduates and over works them.

      A few good colleagues to works with

      Their core values are only on paper. They are non-inclusive to the core.I worked at this company for 2 months and it was the worst experience of my life. The management was unprofessional, rude and discriminatory. They did not care to resolve any issues faced by me. They showed favoritism to some people based on their colour and religion and treated others like me as dirt. They created a toxic and hostile work environment that made me dread going to work every day. They advertise deceiving job description and title . 4 people have left this position in the last 2 years I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their dignity, health and career. This company deserves zero stars and a lawsuit. Stay away from this nightmare of a workplace.
