Decent time off but low pay and no appreciation - Supply Chain Manager Penske Logistics Employee Review

Low pay and they do not appreciate employees. They make you feel replaceable so you constantly feel like you are fighting for your job. They never give raises, only a 3% cost of living increase once a year, which equates to barely anything. I would not recommend. Insurance is expensive and no work from home flexibility. Moral is terrible. Like a morgue.
