I had a very positive experience working at Penske Logistics in Plainfield, Indiana. After the new management team arrived, things really started to change for the better. The workplace became more organized, the training improved significantly, and employees were treated with much more respect and professionalism. The new leadership also created better opportunities for employees, including improved pay and clearer expectations on the job. It made a noticeable difference in morale and in the way the operation was run day to day. It’s honestly a shame that I had to relocate to another state, because I truly enjoyed working there and would have gladly continued being part of the team. Overall, it was a great place to work, especially after the positive changes brought by the new management.

Decent amount of time off

Low pay and they do not appreciate employees. They make you feel replaceable so you constantly feel like you are fighting for your job. They never give raises, only a 3% cost of living increase once a year, which equates to barely anything. I would not recommend. Insurance is expensive and no work from home flexibility. Moral is terrible. Like a morgue.
