Flexible timings for work and there is work from home option as there is no on time salary to bear expenses to stay in Bangalore

No value for employees No on time salaries No incentives will be given even though there is incentive structure. I have to get incentive in lakhs but holding it for last 2 years. When ever I ask for it CEO does fake promises and so far I did not get even a single rupee from him. Cheating company ever specially the CEO (Anjay Bansal) Almost all the employees are working from home as they couldn't able to pay PG rents or bus fare or travel or food expenses.

Awsum environment Work culture is really good. Supportive Team members. Growth opportunity is great. One of the best places to work if you have the positive attitude in you for your work and your passion.

Salary issues Workload at times is too high. Sometimes there are issues regarding the allocation of work to the members of the team which has a negative impact at times.
