Good team members. Supportive and guides you through the process

Cons

Salaries are not paid on time. Its been an year I left this company and yet full and final settlement is not done. So called CEO doesnt respond to calls/ mails, if you ask for your money. Help/ understand your employees first, then revenues will be generated automatically

Flexible timings for work and there is work from home option as there is no on time salary to bear expenses to stay in Bangalore

Cons

No value for employees No on time salaries No incentives will be given even though there is incentive structure. I have to get incentive in lakhs but holding it for last 2 years. When ever I ask for it CEO does fake promises and so far I did not get even a single rupee from him. Cheating company ever specially the CEO (Anjay Bansal) Almost all the employees are working from home as they couldn't able to pay PG rents or bus fare or travel or food expenses.
