Pros

The benefits are some of the best I've had since being in the industry. Very generation vacation policy and holiday policy. Health insurance is fantastic, but the premiums do keep increasing.

Cons

Many of the reviews you see here are solicited by the HR department. They often target new employees within their first 6 months, encouraging them to write positive reviews. In some cases, they even offer gift cards to those who write 5-star reviews and promote the company on social media, so it's essential to exercise caution when reading these reviews. The company is divided into various groups, and each group operates almost independently. Some groups are known for their frequent social gatherings, while others rarely see their families due to their demanding work schedules. It's not uncommon to walk through the halls and come across employees who have passed out in their offices, often as a result of excessive drinking, as they themselves admit. They often claim to have a flat management structure, and while this is technically true, it's because nearly everyone is a VP or director. In my team, approximately 50% of the members are in management positions, with only a few possessing the necessary skills for their job. Many are hired based on their connections rather than their qualifications and frequently delegate their work to subordinates. Employees are frequently expected to work unpaid overtime, and not doing so is viewed negatively. The company places an emphasis on maintaining a high retention rate, which unfortunately results in some employees contributing very little to their teams with no consequences, yet still earning significant salaries. It appears that PeopleTec is more interested in projecting an image of greatness rather than actually delivering exceptional technical work.

In response to the claims left in this review: We work diligently daily to live to our reputation as the best place to work locally and nationally and adamantly disagree with the opinions expressed here that did not surface in our internal surveys where employees are encouraged to voice problems/issues. We ask new and long-term employees to leave Glassdoor reviews because we want them to tell us what we are doing well and what we can improve. We have given away gift cards to our active social media employees to promote engagement as another way to hear from our employee base. Employee-owners are encouraged to share their experiences of working at PeopleTec via social media to hear from them. Surveying employees is commonplace by many employers and has never included persuasion to leave biased feedback. The comment that "employees are drunk in their office" cannot be corroborated and has never been reported to a corporate level. The leadership of PeopleTec determines the company management structure that is designed to sustain our employee base and growth. We train on ethical practices and are governed by & abide by DCAA rules & regulations and are audited for these practices regularly. The company has an anonymous hotline in place for reporting any unethical conduct and highly recommend this be reported to management so we can address such claims. We agree that this would not be acceptable professional behavior. We do take exception to the opinion regarding technical work. Our company takes pride in our outstanding CPARS, which reflects the customers' opinions of our work. This is a very disappointing review, and the company has been unable to substantiate these comments. We will remain diligent in ensuring the ethics and standards of our company are conducted at a level our employee-owners can be proud of.

Pros

PeopleTec has the best president I have ever worked for and a truly amazing company culture. The benefits are great, and employees are trusted to take initiative and contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities, creating opportunities to make a real impact on project success. There is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the company, and people are always willing to help each other succeed. I also appreciate the freedom to learn new skills and contribute outside my primary area of expertise, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Cons

Communication could occasionally be better, and some of the buildings are a little older. Other than that, I have very few complaints. The company culture, leadership, benefits, and opportunities for growth make PeopleTec an incredible place to work.

Pros

They provide morale events for the employees which include good food.

Cons

The politics in the company are pretty tough to deal with. If you’re friends or family of people in leadership positions, you’ll be golden, otherwise you’re at a disadvantage.
