Being involved in a small thriving business Lots to do, no question of being bored Friendly team, approachable managers Great to have visibility of other departments
Cons
There are days, where we are very busy, and work longer hours, but comes with retail territory. So much going on that sometimes get distracted on job at hand.

Thanks for your comments, and glad you enjoyed you time working for us. You are right we recently had a Company wide mini Assembly in April, which was engaging and well received by all, which also laid out our plans for the future. The survey results were presented & discussed as a team, and steps are being put in place to constantly keep improving the workplace for our great team. Staff retention is high, staff stay longer, as they see a bright future, also helped by some great managers in our business now.
Hands on experience, opportunity to learn new skills quickly.
Cons
Horrible working culture, the founders Mike and Pepa have no respect for people’s time e.g working over time is mandatory. Expectations are sky high, yet there are not enough employees or time in the day to meet Pepa’s unrealistic expectations.
Products are amazing, and sell themselves, lots of very happy customers in store!
Close knit team, make long-term friends.
Real family feel, which is nice, and founders & management very approachable.
Doing well, and a buzzy environment, and was excited to be a part of.
Cons
Busy, definitely no time for clock watching, some may not like the pressure, but I am the kind of person who likes to keep busy.
No official training, but lots of good learning on job, with supportive colleagues.
Sad to see negative reviews, as Pepa and team are not like that...judge for yourself!
