Thanks for your comments, and glad you enjoyed you time working for us. You are right we recently had a Company wide mini Assembly in April, which was engaging and well received by all, which also laid out our plans for the future. The survey results were presented & discussed as a team, and steps are being put in place to constantly keep improving the workplace for our great team. Staff retention is high, staff stay longer, as they see a bright future, also helped by some great managers in our business now.

We are a fast growing company where people are expected to work hard! But that said work life balance is crucial to our teams wellness and productivity and we actively encourage people to leave on time and to take lunch breaks. Our recent staff survey highlighted some great focus areas for us going forward and gave the whole team a chance to communicate the specifics of how to make our company an even better place to work. As with any small company, we do expect a lot and have a great team that have been with us for a long time. We are really transparent with staff and completely understand that for some people we won’t be the right environment for them. We encourage staff to speak up if they have concerns and an HR manager who is also available to the team if they feel can't speak to their boss. I hope that we will get less of these poor reviews moving forwards, as I would like to think staff are given the opportunity to speak up whilst at work, rather than hide behind an anonymous forum, which does raise the question how long ago this employee left the business.
