      Pros

      Pepceuticals is a pleasant place to work, every member of staff genuinely gets on with each other and works well as a cohesive team. If ever you are struggling, either with the work or personal issues, the two managing directors are always there to listen to your problem, and will always do everything in their power to help you. There are frequent training opportunities for all of the staff. When the company has done well in an audit and at Christmas, all staff have been invited out to meals to celebrate.

      Cons

      As the company is so small, often you find yourself doing things that are not necessarily part of your job. For me, this isn't a problem as I like doing different things, but some people might see this as a con.

      Pros

      There was no problem if I had to be late in the morning because of doctors’ appointments (and there was quite a few of those). The bosses are very accommodating in this respect. At the time I left we had a fantastic team and I will miss every single person I worked with. Even though I wasn’t there very long, I received a raise twice and was promised there would be more later on. The bosses do appreciate the hard work you’re doing. We get bonuses and get taken out for a meal when there is something to celebrate.

      Cons

      Holiday allowance could be better considering you need to book like a week off for Christmas shut-down. This only really lives you with just enough days for a 2-week holiday and a few emergencies.
