Thank you for your review, We’re sorry that your experience at Pepceuticals has not been a positive one. As a small company we are not always able to respond to issues in the same way as a larger organization can, however we always endeavour to put our staff and customer’s best interests first. Having said that, staff are also responsible for their own and their colleagues’ safety as well. We always take a risk based approach to our work and working environment and take pride in our standards. We strongly believe that Quality is a mindset, and that it is everyone’s responsibility to apply that mindset in the workplace. In terms of training, we have a comprehensive training system in place. We respect regulatory standards when it comes to training and do not allow untrained staff to work in a regulated environment. This can slow down the training process however it helps with our regulatory compliance. As a small company we welcome ideas and innovation and continuously strive to improve our ways of working.
