There was no problem if I had to be late in the morning because of doctors’ appointments (and there was quite a few of those). The bosses are very accommodating in this respect. At the time I left we had a fantastic team and I will miss every single person I worked with. Even though I wasn’t there very long, I received a raise twice and was promised there would be more later on. The bosses do appreciate the hard work you’re doing. We get bonuses and get taken out for a meal when there is something to celebrate.

Holiday allowance could be better considering you need to book like a week off for Christmas shut-down. This only really lives you with just enough days for a 2-week holiday and a few emergencies.

Excellent opportunity for gaining work experience and developing your skills further within the industry. Hardworking is highly valued at Pepceuticals and for our contributions, we always got bonuses for Christmas and were frequently treated for lunches and meals. I have had a different experience with Kamal Badiani (Managing director) in comparison to other previous comments. I have had honest and genuine advice from both Kamal and his wife (Pinki) to progress at work. They were very understanding and caring towards any difficult situations I faced and were always ready to help. Kamal and his team are very patient when teaching new techniques or the use of new equipment. What I have gained from Pepceuticals has shed light on my future career.

Low salary initially, however, pay rise will increase rapidly if you are hardworking. Flexible working patterns would be nice.
