Pros

The pay was decent for the job. The sight forces me to write 20 words minimum, but I can't think if anything else good to say.

Cons

Abuse of employees. Employees spreading rumors. Human Resources listening to those rumors. Micro management, favoritism. The customers are rude and the employees are given no method to protect themselves from abuse. Promotion has become a thing of the past. The company would rather hire from outside for 3 dollars more an hour, than promote those that are loyal. Bribing employees to work through their lunch. They no longer hire based off of the quality of the individual. Lying to your employees. Upper management can't be bothered. Even lower management acts as though your a waste of their time if you ask a question.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
