Pros

Great hours, they work with your schedule, paid training, multiple groups to work for within the company, chances to move up, offer bonuses for achievements

Cons

pay is less than industry standard by A LOT, they don't offer extra training even if you are interested in it, offer bonus options but never seem to follow through with it or only seem to award certain individuals regardless of achievements

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
