Pros

The words "call center" are a very cold term and apply to others. Percepta is more like a gathering of uniquely qualified and diverse people. There are numerous support levels for assistance and we all blend together to make up our unique family

There really aren't any if you are doing the work

It went extremely downhill and they pretend you’re still getting paid enough to put up with that lol
