      Pros

      Has many benefits and is mostly pro-employee.

      Cons

      Upper management tends to change every 2 years, and for the most part, they care, but once in a while you might get a ladder jumper who is mostly about numbers, and has a general opinion of subordinates are peons. Many supervisors have not had proper leadership education, so poor leadership can ensue. Most of the training is way too fast and leads to high turnover, especially the way the CRC group is handled.

      Pros

      I've worked at Percepta as a Business Operations Manager for 11 years. Started as an Assistant Operations Manager and was promoted after a year to Business Operations Manager and then promoted again 3 years later to manage a program that I am still on which consists of 4 different locations, one being in the Philippines.

      Cons

      No cons from me as Percepta has allowed me to grow and develop in my role as BOM and accomplish things that I never would have imagined previous to working there. There is a reason I have been there for 11 years and it's because of the people I work with and the managers that I have worked for.

      Pros

      Ability to WFH Some of the supervisors seem to care

      Cons

      Some supervisors seem to show preferences. When issues are addressed it's a lot of threats and intimidating behavior. The company has started taking 401K match away. The leadership is cliquishness and has a "big brother" mentality. Not easy to get days off scheduled
